This is an Active Open Enrollment, which means you’ll need to log in during the OE period and make your elections for 2026 — your current benefits will not carry over. Your action will be required.
New Benefits for 2026. We’re introducing new medical plan options and expanded voluntary benefits, giving you more ways to customize your coverage and support every aspect of your wellbeing.
A new High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA) option. This medical plan comes with lower paycheck premiums, the ability to save pre-tax dollars for healthcare expenses, and the chance to build long-term savings with funds that roll over year after year. STMicroelectronics also contributes to your HSA, giving your health and your future a financial boost.
Expanding your options with new voluntary supplemental coverage for Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance. These plans provide an added layer of financial protection when unexpected health events occur—helping cover costs that medical insurance may not pay. With cash benefits paid directly to you, these options give you greater peace of mind and flexibility to support your health, family, and finances.
Dependent Verification Required. When enrolling online, you’ll now be asked to verify any dependents you cover under STMicroelectronics, Inc. benefits. This quick step helps ensure accurate records and that coverage is provided only to eligible family members. Be prepared to provide documentation (such as a birth certificate or marriage certificate) when requested so your dependents remain covered without interruption.
Don’t Forget: Designate Your Beneficiaries. As part of your 2026 enrollment, be sure to review and update your beneficiary designations for Life and AD&D Insurance. Keeping this information current ensures your benefits are directed according to your wishes and provides peace of mind for you and your loved ones. Take a few minutes during enrollment to confirm or update your beneficiary details in the online portal.
